At Gemini Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
